Have You Written to Old Chris Cringle Yet?

By Yvonne Brixey

Have you written to Santa Claus yet? You may get a letter from him in return. Christmas time is upon us all, and old Father Christmas himself up at the North Pole is prepping not only himself but also his team of elves to make his triumphant delivery to all of the good children in the world on one of the single most anticipated nights of the year. Out of Santa's stock of rocking horses, yo-yo's and Microsoft Xbox 360's, he needs to reserve select toys for the good children that send him letters to ensure proper delivery. Who knows? Maybe you'll get a magnificent letter from Santa himself on Christmas morning.

Have you sent it? No? You had better hurry up then! Christmas Day is sneaking up right around the corner! What? You need help right away! Oh deary me, alright then. Let me give you some pointers in writing, and if you're a good child, maybe even to receive a letter from Santa.

Cheerful children of all ages have anticipated both their presents and a letter from Santa Claus for many decades now, and things don't quite seem to look like they will change any time soon. Most children have labored for hours over their desks with the three P's: planning, perfecting, and persisting their letters. The children plan their letters by gathering up a list of all the things that they want the most, it's best to arrange them in order. Next, they must write and perfect their letters by way of making clear their requests and testimony.

Santa is delighted by impeccable grammar and clear ideas, after all. The third, and this could be the most important of all, is to persevere. Some children get anxious and impatient after sending their letters to the north pole. Ahh, but I can tell you that Santa can tell when a child has lost patience and they may not receive their letter from Santa at all. If you work hard and have patience, than good things will appear in your future. Even Christmas presents and a letter from Santa! This also works with email, why shucks, it may even work better since there is no latency with getting your hand written letter from the computer to the north pole against the traditional methods.

Just think about it, presents and a letter from Santa, all of which would be waiting for you on Christmas morning. Think about how pleased and happy you will be just to read the personal and heartfelt letter from Santa at the north pole. All accompanying the presents that he had left for you under the Christmas tree. Why, the letter from Santa might even be the best part of Christmas morning. Just don't forget the milk and cookies to show your thanks and appreciation(chocolate chip, gingersnap, Santa isn't picky).

With all the children in the world to consider, Santa was kind enough to stop for them all, and even go out of his way to create a personalized letter to you in whatever form you choose to share with your mom, your dad, and your brothers and sisters. What luck, what a surprise, and what a cherished Christmas gift to receive a letter from Santa. Have You Written to Old Chris Cringle Yet?
