Moving to a care home permanently is a massive decision to make and this is why so many people find it difficult to make the decision. But you don't have to take the plunge without first trying it out.

If you're not sure that moving to a care home permanently is the right thing for you, then trying one out on a temporary basis could be a good idea to help you make the decision.
There are plenty of care homes offer you the chance to stay at their premises on a temporary basis. This arrangement suits a range of people and is particularly suited to those who have a carer, as moving into a care home can allow that carer a bit of a break.
