Aromatherapy

In this preferred type of care, oils are extracted from plants and are utilized in other ways (vaporisation, massage, washing) to help scale back tension. Acupuncture

Acupuncture can improve the hit rate of in vitro fertilization. So why not natural fertilization, too? A study carried out in Germany has demonstrated that women having IVF treatment combined with acupuncture sessions have increased their possibilities of falling pregnant by 50 %, and have reduced the time they have to wait before it occurs. Although it is not yet known why this occurs, there's good reason to accept that acupuncture typically improves fertility, even for women who've not had recourse to ART

In the German study, scientists separated 160 ladies into 2 groups: 80 had the typical IVF treatment, while the other 80 profited from an acupuncture session before and after the transference of the embryo into the uterus. In this example, needles were placed at points that were meant to relax the uterus, but an acupuncturist may also stimulate certain points to improve hormonal balance.
