Are there really advantages to using a jogging stroller? Yes, and some are so beneficial, you won't want to ever stop using yours, your child will love it also.

You can actually combine some level of resistance training, due to the stroller, with your jogging to achieve additional benefits. Your leg muscles will get an additional workout, as will your heart, as you jog uphill pushing your stroller and child.

You will also be getting upper body work because of the stroller's increased resistance, which is great for burning those extra calories. The upper body gets zero work when you are jogging "normally", so this really helps you.
