How can someone hate Jim Carrey? He is so hilarious and comical when he portrays his character in the movies. His performance is one of the bests in the industry today. In fact, he has earned millions of dollars on his movies alone.

He has many movies and the people is having a difficulty on choosing what film he did his best.

There are many to mention but the actor's two first films ranked to be one of the most successful movies ever. These are the Mark and Ace Ventura and Pet Detective.

Jim Carrey moved on to starring in more films, which were also successful. His ability to draw in crowds have kept him where he is today - on top.

His role in the film called "Dumb and Dumber" elevated him to stardom status. In this film he plays Lloyd Christmas, a lovable but not so smart character who, with his friend, travels across the country in pursuit of his dream girl. Starring as his friend is the three time Golden Globe nominee Jeff Daniels.

Behind the series of successful movies that he made, some movies however, were not made to be very popular compared to the earlier ones. But despite this fact, people are still watching and love the films, although the audiences we more attracted to the first ones. Such movies are Me, Myself and Irene, and the Cable Guy.

After a string of comedies, Carrey decided to take on more serious roles. He garnered critical acclaim in the movie dramas "Man on the Moon" and "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind". Jim proved that he not only could play comedy, but he could effectively dive into more somber roles.

Today, there are so many titles to go over just to decide which one to watch. It would certainly take you a while. But through the years, you would have one that is close to your jolly heart.
